Latin American Meeting, Mexico City, Mexico, October 31-November 2, 2013
The 2013 LATIN AMERICAN MEETING of the Econometric Society will be held in conjunction with the Latin American and Caribbean Economics Association and will take place in Mexico City, Mexico, from October 31st to November 2nd, 2013. The meetings will be hosted by el Colegio de México (Colmex).
The Annual Meetings of these two academic associations will share a common program, under a single local organization. By registering for the LACEA-LAMES 2013 participants will be welcome to attend all sessions of both meetings.
José Romero (El Colegio de México) is the conference chairman. The LAMES Program Committee is co-chaired by Ángel Calderón-Madrid (El Colegio de México) and Ignacio Lobato (ITAM). The LACEA Program Committee is chaired by Raymundo Campos-Vazquez (El Colegio de México).
The deadline for submissions is June 23, 2013. Authors can submit only one paper to each meeting, but the same paper cannot be submitted to both meetings. Authors submitting papers must be members of the respective association at the time of submission. Membership information can be found at
