The Econometric Society is pleased to announce that the 2025 Asian Summer School in Econometrics and Statistics of the Econometric Society will be held at Xiamen University, Xiamen, China, July 14-20, 2025.

Asian School in Economic Theory, Seoul 2025

We are pleased to announce that the Korea Foundation for Advanced Studies (KFAS) will host the Asian School in Economic Theory (formerly the Summer School of Econometric Society) in Seoul, Korea, from August 11 to August 15, 2025 just preceding the 2025 World Congress in Seoul.

The 2025 World Congress of the Econometric Society (ESWC 2025) will take place in Seoul, Korea, Monday August 18 to Friday August 22, 2025 organized by the Korean Economic Association, Seoul National University, Korea University, Sogang University, Sungkyunkwan University, Yonsei University, the Bank of Korea, National Research Council for Economics, Humanities and Social Sciences (NRC), Korea Development Institute (KDI), and Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP).

We are pleased to announce that the 2026 Asian School of Economic Theory will be held at Hong Kong University June 15 (Mon)-June 19 (Fri), 2026. The Asian Meetings of the ES in Hong Kong will take place the following week so participants are able to attend both.

We are pleased to announce that the 2026 Asia Meeting of the Econometric Society in China, hosted by the HKU Business School, will take place from June 20 to 22, 2026, in Hong Kong, China. The Scientific Program Chair is Uta Schoenberg, and the Co-Chairs are Jin Li and Xiaodong Zhu. The Local Organizing Committee Chair is Yulei Luo.
