The 2024 North American Summer Meeting (NASM) hosted by Vanderbilt University will take place from June 13 to 16, 2024, in Nashville, Tennessee. 

The conference will be held in the following locations:
- Keynote Lectures and Sargan Lectures at the Blair School of Music
- Semi-plenary sessions at the Stevenson Center Complex
- Contributed Parallel Sessions at Buttrick Hall

The Local Organizing Committee Chairs are Tong Li and Mattias Polborn. The Scientific Program Chair is Petra Todd (University of Pennsylvania).

Sargan Lectures

These lectures will review recent developments and new methods of inferences in weakly identified models. They will cover modeling approaches and methods for detecting weak identification, problems and challenges of estimation as well as an overview of identification-robust tests and inference methods. The first lecture covers basic linear IV with weak instruments. The second lecture is devoted to the challenges of having many instruments. The last lecture is aimed at weakly identified nonlinear GMM.

Each presenter will have 30 minutes, we recommend 25 minutes for presentation and the last 5 minutes for Q&A. Each session has a chair, unless mentioned in the program, it will be the last presenter by default.

We would recommend getting to your session at least 10 minutes prior to the session start time to ensure a smooth and orderly session. Presenters are strongly encouraged to bring their own clickers and the presentation on a USB Flash drive to be able to transfer their presentation to the computer in the presentation room.
